iii provides holistic professional development for creators, across all styles, at any career stage, to take the next step in their creative evolution.

iii has recently expanded to include:
- the ‘A Deep Dive With..’ series, hosting culture shifting figures from the dance community
- The Artists, a paid professional development programme, in collaboration with ZooNation: The Kate Prince Company
- sweet spot sundaze, intimate monthly improv sessions
